CLAUDIA HUSAROVA

I joined Accomplish Fitness in January, after my first competition season i was after developing a bad relationship with food and i was in a very bad place both physically and mentally. From the start they were very patient with me. I got all the support and help i needed to get back on track. After a successful gaining phase we have started prep in May. With their guidance i had the most enjoyable prep!  ​ They made everything so easy for me, food and cardio was adjusted weekly in the most manageable way! After a 20 week prep they helped me win an Overall title and come 2nd on the National stage. ​ I cannot thank Kate and Conor enough for all the support and help i got of them throughout the months even through the most stressful and hardest times, for keeping me calm and just making me trust the process, for everything they have thought me and most importantly for making me Accomplish my wildest dreams and setting me up for a future I didn’t think was possible!

NICOLE GRACE

I started with accomplish fitness back in September ‘19 after my first bikini show. I was stuck in limbo as I was struggling with coming to terms with reversing after show prep, I was finding it hard doing it on my own. I was lucky to have found accomplish, honestly, my transformation physically & mentally since starting with these guys has been incredible. I am so thankful for them both! They are extremely talented in what they do & I look up to them with huge respect! They have my back 100% of the way & make me feel like part of a team which makes the experience even so much more special! I cannot recommend these two enough they have changed my life & I’ll always be so thankful!!!

MICHAEL ST LEDGER

I have been working with Conor and Kate almost a year now, I came to them in January with the idea of competing only a couple of months later but my physique was nowhere near the standard it needed to be, but both of them still backed me and supported me even though I thought myself it was a bit unrealistic given the time frame, since then they have thought me nearly everything I know about training nutrition and the mentality needed for this sport! Always happy and quick to reply with the countless questions I’ve had since this has all been new to me.  ​ Everything kept nice and simple and very easy for me to understand!  Two coaches who really go the extra mile to make sure everything is on point, constant check-ups and genuinely care about my progress! My training split and nutrition have always been made to suit me and some preferences I’ve had! I can gladly say they’ve become two close friends over the last couple of months and most importantly helped me believe in myself and the potential I’ve had!  ​ Fantastic at what they do and I have endless amounts of examples of how good working with them has been and I plan to keep working with them long into the future!!

JP VAUGHAN

Before my fitness journey led me to the wonderful guys at Accomplish Fitness I had spent the previous 14 years bodybuilding but I had to step away from it due to patellar tendon tears on both knees as well as damaged cartilage behind my knee cap. ​ I took up Calisthenics after the bodybuilding as I had an interest in it for a few years and I have to say I’m loving it, it’s very taxing on the body but very rewarding too. The problem is I found it very hard to tune my diet to my new training regime and was getting very lost. Trying to balance intake and nutrition timing was the problem along with the fact my appetite had faded considerably since I’d finished the heavy lifting and leg days.  When I contacted Conor and Kate at Accomplish I was looking for a 12 week nutrition plan/diet to put me back on the right track that would help guide me through this type of training as without the correct foods and nutrition injuries had started to develop, I wasn’t getting any younger!!  ​ It was a pleasure working with Accomplish Fitness and out of all the coaches I have used in my total of 15 years of training I think I gained more knowledge in those 12 weeks than ever before. Conor and Kate are extremely supportive while still pushing you to be your best and the accountability that comes with the weekly check ins and questionnaires really keeps you motivated and focused on you goal. It’s great how attentive they are in preparing your food plan to work around the whole foods you generally eat.  ​ I enjoyed my time with Accomplish much more than I expected to, I really enjoyed my cardio routine they set out and the food plan was easy and quick to prepare so it didn’t take over your day getting all your meals ready. I was never hungry and the meals were always tasty.  ​ Over the 12 weeks I went from strength to strength. The niggling injures I was having from training cleared up because of the increased focus on proper nutrition and my actual progress in Calisthenics much improved. My body recovered better from the intense workouts I put myself through because I was making correct eating and rest a priority. Conor and Kate were always there to deal with any issues that popped up along the way and to lend some kind words on the days I found hard . I really like the way the whole plan was adaptive to my lifestyle too. I work many different types of shift but all that was factored in.  What I really want to thank Conor and Kate for is for giving me a blueprint for that area of my life going forward, the knowledge gained from being with them will stand to me for my many years ahead of training and nutrition.  No matter if you’re starting on your fitness journey or a seasoned veteran like me you can not go wrong with Accomplish Fitness, they will 100% improve your quality of life. SHAUNA WALSHE

After winning Pure Elite Ireland, I knew I wanted to compete as a pro at Worlds last November and I only had a short time frame to improve my physique and posing. I chose accomplish fitness to guide and support me to step up my game to be competitive on the Worlds stage. I could not have asked for two more supportive and knowledgeable coaches who not only helped me achieve a level of conditioning I did not think was possible but encouraged and believed in me the whole way. Their support throughout my prep and afterwards was excellent, I knew they had my health and best interests at the fore front of their minds when making any critical decisions to lifestyle/nutrition/training and this allowed me peace of mind as I felt confident knowing all I had to do was follow their advice. I could not recommend them anymore as coaches and look forward to working with them again in the future.
