Hey guys,

Just a little background on my own journey to becoming a coach. I started out in college studying Sports and Business and started off in the industry quite young as a Personal trainer along with teaching classes. I enjoyed it but wanted more. I went on to further my education studying nutrition and health science with the Institute of Health Sciences in Dublin. This is where I really found the area I was passionate about.

When setting out on my own bodybuilding journey every show, I have entered I am proud to say I have been very successful never placing outside the top 3. I am a world title holder and a UK pro fitness title holder which I am very proud of. I have been in a number of newspaper articles for my titles along with a double spread in Muscle and Fitness UK magazine.

A big focus of my coaching methodology is also devoted to developing your mindset. If you want to improve physically, there needs to be a mindset shift to coincide with this which is a big focus with the way I teach clients.

Hey guys,

Here’s a little introduction on how I developed my passion for health and fitness. I first started weight training when I was 14 to improve my performance for hurling which I played competitively from a young age, representing Cork from Under 14 to Minor level.

As time went on, my love for weight training slowly but surely surpassed my love for hurling. The year I finished school, the only thing I had a passion for was health and fitness and completed my personal training course that year and quickly realised that I also had a great passion for helping people achieve their goals and gain confidence. I also have a certificate in nutrition.

At the first gym I worked at, I made a lot of new friends that compete in bodybuilding and I decided to do a fitness shoot prep. Here I also gained a great passion for bodybuilding and I have now decided to pursue a hopefully long career in bodybuilding and am preparing my first bodybuilding show.
